## SHIPPING POLICY
### Production time comes first
We make everything by hand, so there are two clocks on your order:
**production time** and **shipping time**.
- **Stickers and 3D printed goods:** typically [2-4] business days to produce
- **Apparel:** typically [3-7] business days to produce
- **Custom and personalized orders:** typically [5-10] business days,
depending on complexity and proof approval
- **Large or wholesale orders:** we'll give you a timeline in writing
before we start
Production time begins once artwork is finalized and any proof is
approved — not at checkout. If you're on a deadline, tell us before you
order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
### Shipping
Once your order ships you'll get tracking by email. Transit time is
whatever the carrier takes, and is not included in the production
estimates above.

Rush orders
accommodate rush work for a [rush fee], depending on the queue.
Lost, delayed, and stolen packages
Once a package is in the carrier's hands we don't control its speed.
We'll help you chase a lost package and file claims, but we can't
refund carrier delays. If tracking shows delivered and the package
isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then
contact us and we'll work it out with you.
Local pickup
Local pickup is sometimes available and on a per order basis — choose it
at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We ship to the address given
at checkout, and we can't cover reshipping costs for an address error.
